What is the best way to make an appointment?
The best way to make an appointment is to contact our office directly and we can get you scheduled for a consultation as well as answer any general questions you might have.
How do I pay my bill?
We have easy access to our online payment portal through our website or by clicking this link.
Do I need to fill out any forms prior to my appointment?
Any forms that we would need prior to your appointment can be found in the Intake Forms section of the website. You are also welcome to fill these out in our office once you arrive.
What hospital systems do you work with?
Dr. Ellenbogen currently works with both Atrium Health and Novant Health Networks.
Do I need a referral?
No, you do not! We are happy to take referrals but they are not required to make an appointment. We would be happy to hear about your needs and give you a consultation. Please keep in mind that some insurance plans require a referral to see a specialist, so we would advise consulting your insurance provider to confirm.
